Large and well appointed room. The shopping and food court attached to the hotel was great and we had most of our meals there. The location is good in that it’s convenient for the airport but it’s a 20-30 min taxi ride to the historic centre.

Some of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in, which did wonders for us, as we were both recovering from food poisoning. The hotel is very new and modern. Really appreciated having a master switch for all the lights. The staff were great, and we really loved the fast, free valet parking. Great wifi, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Great variety of food, from american style breakfast (pancakes, eggs, bacon, french toast, etc.) to a very mexican breakfast that includes hand made quesadillas (huitlacoche, flor de calabaza, champiñones, cochinita, etc.). Fresh fruit and veggies!

The breakfast was the best I had ever had anywhere, even in Europe. The room was lovely, and it was large and very comfortable. The service was terrific, and the concierge was excellent. He booked many beautiful tours for us. The hotel is lovely, and the decor is the best.
